DTS Skills offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for most courses to ensure you're completely satisfied with your learning experience.

  • Course purchased within last 7 days
  • Less than 30% of content accessed
  • No course completion certificate issued
  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Course content significantly different from description
Not Eligible for Refund
  • More than 7 days since purchase
  • Over 30% of course content completed
  • Certificate already downloaded
  • Live sessions or bootcamps attended
  • Promotional or heavily discounted courses
Important Refund Information

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Taxes: GST (18%) will be deducted from refund amounts as per Indian tax regulations.

Platform Fees: Payment processing fees (2-3%) may be deducted for card transactions.
